UCMSacademy conducts nearly 100,000 person hours of training delivery each year from a team of sixteen highly qualified trainers, each with a minimum of Certificate IV level accreditation. For over ten years, this division has provided a complete mix of induction / compliance training, soft skills development including sales and service essentials, and technical / systems training. UCMSacademy can provide several options to organisations wishing to re-engineer the way they conduct their critical front line training:
- Full customer management training outsourcing. We manage the full spectrum of learning processes – we provide the alignment with organisational needs; content design; operational management and delivery framework; and assessment of learning against business outcomes. Effectively, we act as an organisation’s in-sourced training function.
- In-house customised training courses in customer management. UCMSacademy provides tailored in-house training programs focussed on exact client requirements. Training courses are designed and developed locally incorporating Macquarie Dictionary language standards to ensure compatibility with the Australian vernacular.
- Accredited training programs in Customer Management. Individuals can enrol into one of approximately 20 public training programs that are held throughout the year. Courses are facilitated by our own UCMSacademy trainers – the industry’s leading customer service trainers - and participants will receive a certificate of achievement upon completion.
- Consulting on in-sourced service provision. UCMSacademy can conduct a thorough review of an organisation’s current training provision. Experienced consultants assess one or all of the various aspects of a learning function, identifying both process and content gaps. A comprehensive evaluation report is submitted along with the business case for transitioning the training function to an outsourced delivery model.
